Browary Warszawskie is a stunning development in the old part of Warsaw which was more or less flattened during the war. It now stands where the once famous brewery which had become run down and dilapidated stood. Echo Investment, one of the biggest real estate developers in Central & Eastern Europe has turned the area into a bustling commercial, residential and leisure area.
Two of the most famous restaurants inside the development are Sobremesa Tapas Bar and also Olivos Restaurant which is a new restaurant preparing flavours of the Mediterranean. You will also find one of the most amazing bakeries which is right next to our own car park on Haberbusha street. Joint owner Michal Paleta, a coal miners son from the southern Silesia region of Poland chatted to us about his business which makes all of its products on-site and from all-natural ingredients.
If you visit the bakery then you can see the preparation area through a big glass wall, so nothing is hidden from the customer. Paleta spent a number of years in Ireland before returning to Poland to start this new venture with his partner Bartek. Bakery Browary Warszawskie is a real gem in the middle of the city.
Sobremesa Tapas Bar brings a hint of Mexican mixed with the South American influence and has an amazing menu of dishes to choose from. In the summer they have regular live music on Tuesday evenings and the ambiance of the restaurant is quite unique with the outdoor tables being in a cool secluded area under two newly constructed arches.
Owned by local Polish entrepreneur and restaranteur Katarzyna “Kasia” Tracey, you can clearly see the focus on top-quality dishes and customer service.
Located right above our underground car park, there is no better time to visit Sobremesa, especially for a business lunch. Sobremesa are kindly paying for your first hour of parking during August and September.
Olivos is restaurant really does take the art of food seriously and has a goal of providing the best service and presentation to its customers and to serve them with a rich innovative menu.
The Mediterranean food with its delicious pasta, salads, seafood, and the peaceful atmosphere make for a great dining experience. Olivos allows you to enjoy your meals to the fullest. Born out of a love for Greek and Italian dishes the menu offers something for everybody and the seafood dishes are quite exceptional.
Olivos has the ethos of comfort, attentive and friendly service, reasonable prices and a delicious meal.
Located literally 50 metres from the Indigo car park, Olivos is a great new addition to the restaurant scene in Warsaw and at Browary Warszawskie, especially for a business lunch.
During August and September Olivos have purchased parking access in our car park and are kindly paying for your first hour of parking.
PARKING IN THE CENTRE OF WARSAW
Parking in the centre of Warsaw can be difficult at the best of times. The city is continuously expanding and public parking on the street is becoming more and more of a problem as new office buildings are developed, not only in the centre but also even on the outskirts. This makes finding a public spot on the street even more difficult and in the end you sometimes find yourself parking far away from the location you are visiting.
Indigo Parking has set up one of the best parking garages in the Warsaw city centre.
Parking Browary Warszawskie is a clean, secure parking facility with room for 76 vehicles including dedicated spots for handicapped drivers and also motorcyclists. The modern design makes it very easy to enter and exit the parking without any problems.
The parking lot is very well lit with a modern security camera system to protect you and your car. There are lots of parking spots around the local Grzybowska area but none as convenient as the one at Browary Warszawskie.
